Installation of Plastic Rotameter

(1) Before the installation of the plastic tube rotameter, gently remove the clean support in the instrument with a sharp nose pliers, and then reinstall it. During installation, pay attention to whether the rubber ring is installed in the groove of the connecting pipe to prevent water leakage

(2) The interface of the plastic tube rotameter can be connected with the matching ABS plastic pipe or PVC plastic pipe by dehydration and bonding, or with the metal flange after the connection with the plastic method.

(3) The plastic tube rotameter must be installed vertically without obvious inclination. Its installation height should facilitate the reading of the float. When reading, the line of sight should be horizontal with the float. (General standard: the flow required is 50% to 70% of the large flow of the flow meter zui. Try not to use the high number of zui.)

(4) The inlet and outlet of the upstream and downstream of the instrument shall be guaranteed to have a straight pipe section of 5 times the instrument diameter.

(5) The pressure of the fluid to be measured must be stable. If the fluid pressure is unstable, it will cause the float to fluctuate and cannot be measured correctly. The upstream of the flowmeter shall be equipped with a buffer or a value setter.
